Rebecca Pearce, Business Development Executive, Europe
Rebecca has over nine years recruitment experience, formerly working in operational
delivery roles within the Banking and Technology sectors and in most recently working
in RPO sales. Rebecca's current role is to consult with organisations across Europe to
understand their talent acquisition strategy and challenges and to design RPO
solutions to achieve talent acquisition needs
Kevan Nicholson, Senior Operations Manager, PAREXEL
Kevan Nicholson joined PAREXEL in June 2008, he is a seasoned Talent Acquisition
Leader having worked in the clinical industry over the past 10 years and prior to this in
the IT sector. Previous companies include Covance, PRA International and Parametric
Technology. Kevan’s role at PAREXEL is to lead an international team of recruiters
that work strategically and creatively with the business leaders to ensure they hire
candidates that are the right fit for PAREXEL’s high performance culture.
