XLPE/SWA/PVC multi-core armoured cable to BS5467 is a fixed power and control cable for industrial use where mechanical protection is required.

• Operating Voltage: 600/1000V

• Temperature Range: 0°C to +90°C (fixed)

• Bend Radius: 1.5mm2 - 16mm2 = 6 x overall diameter 25mm2 and above = 8 x overall diameter

• Core Marking: 2 Core = Brown & Blue 3 Core = Brown, Grey, Black 4 Core = Brown, Blue, Grey, Black 5 Core = Can be either number coded OR: Brown,

Blue, Grey, Black, Green/Yellow 7 Core = Usually white cores with black numbers

conductors, these cables have low conductor resistance. These wires are insulated with a special grade PVC compound formulated and manufactured in-house which is impervious to water, oil, grease, acids, etc. and are tough to protect from any mechanical abuses.

Manufactured from bright annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these cables have low conductor resistance resulting in power saving. These wires are insulated with a special grade PVC compound formulated and manufactured in-house. The insulation is far superior in terms of critical oxygen and temperature index and also in light transmission and acid gas generation. These wires conforms to IS 694:1990 and also have FIA/TAC (Fire Insurance/Tariff Advisory Committee) approval.

Finolex 3 Core Flat Cables

Manufactured from bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these cables have low conductor resistance. The inner cores are insulated with a special grade XLPE compound. The tough robust outer HR PVC jacket protects it from the oils, greases, various chemicals and abrasions, thereby giving long life and electrical safety.

Telephone and Switchboard CablesThe conductor is made of electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare

solid copper conductor of 0.45/ 0.5 mm diameter and is insulated with a special grade polyethylene compound on the latest state-of-the-art extruders. The cores are twisted together with a uniform lay on a special purpose imported machine, according to the color code to form pairs. The pairs are bunched together in such a manner so as to minimize cross talk. The cable is then jacketed with a specially formulated PVC compound with fire retarding properties. A nylon rip cord provides an effective means of slitting the jacket without damaging the insulation. These are ideal because of low attenuation and low cross talk. Available in standard pack of 100 M and 500 M.
