PRECAUTION

1. When receiving the camera■Check the battery voltage and external appearance

■Write down the claim and complaint.

■Check the defective point when operating the camera.

2. When repairing the camera■Repair the defective point.

AE Check－Confirm whether the moving state of sector is OK or not.

Punt Check－There should be satisfied with the value of inspect in the service manual.

■FinderCheck the finder magnification.

■Take the leakage current check by all means after repair.Standard of light-leakage.－In case of 3V camera → Below 50㎂ at the 2.5V

■When assembling the camera, you must attach the shields and the tapes to the originalplace.If not, the light-leakage will occur.

■Check the light-leakage after repairing the camera.Confirm whether the camera is light-leakage or not.

3. After the repair is completed■Check the operation state of the shutter.

■Check the winding and rewinding state.

■Check the leakage light and leakage current.

Ⅲ. ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE

1. AF ADJUSTMENTOPERATION DESCRIPTION

1) Put the battery and fix the camera to tripod.

2) Press the release button 5 times to emit the infrared beam toward chart panel located at 2.5m.

3) Adjust the variable resister VR1 with the driver so that the rate of the AF magnet is on.

4) Press the release button 5 times to emit the infrared beam toward chart panel located at 1.8m.

5) Adjust the variable resister VR1 with the driver so that the rate of the AF magnet is off.

2. AE ADJUSTMENTOPERATION DESCRIPTION

1) Put the camera to AE tester and set the EV 12.

2) Adjust the screw (refer to next page) so that the △EV value is LV12 : 0.3±0.3 and LV15 : 1~3

KEY POINT

1) Flash ON : LV11.5±0.3

2) Flash OFF : LV 12

3. PUNT ADJUSTMENTOPERATION DESCRIPTION

1. Use a flat-type collimator with f=193.5mm for the punt adjustment and adjustment confirmation.

2. Set the Mirror of the focus fixing table is 0mm.

3. Make a B Shutter(refer to next page)

4. Rotate the objective lens of collimator between -11±2 slowly to let the image to be most sharpest.

In case of the FINO 30S : -11±2

In case of the FINO 20S : -11.5±2

Cautions1) Be careful that the input voltage is 3 volts while checking the voltage.

(In advance, confirm the source of electric power by checking 2 parts)

You have to discharge before disassembled the camera.
