The User Registration and Program View apps be installed and enabled for use in the system.
1. Sign Up as Trainee
a. Access the eTC environment
b. Click the link ‘Sign Up’
c. Create Account page is displayed
d. Enter the valid email address
e. Select the Data of Birth
f. Enter the Citizen ID
g. Accept the Terms of Services and Privacy Policies
h. Click Submit
i. A pop-up window is displayed that prompts to enter the security token
j. The security token is sent to the email address account that was provided during the account creation (in Section 1.d)
k. Access the email address account to get the security token (Note: In case the email is not in the Inbox, please check for the email in the Spam folder as well)
l. Enter the security token and click Submit
m. Create Account – Additional Information page is displayed
n. Enter the Personal information (Any required field is marked with ‘*’)
o. Enter the Address information
p. Enter the General information
q. Select the option ‘Send me email promotion’ to receive promotion emails
r. Click Create Account
s. Account is created successfully and success message is displayed
t. Click Login
u. The Login page is displayed
2. Sign In as Traineea. Access the eTC environment
b. Click the link ‘Sign In’
c. Login page is displayed
d. Enter the Email address, Password and click Login
e. Trainee is successfully logged in and Course Catalog page is displayed
3. Trainee accessing the Course Cataloga. Access the eTC environment
b. Login as trainee
c. Course Catalog page is displayed
d. In the Category filter, click Accessibility
e. In the Availability filter, click Current
f. In the search results, the specific course tile is displayed
4. Trainee Enrolling in the Course
a. On the Course Catalog page, search the course
b. Click on the course tile
c. The course details page is displayed
d. Click the button ‘Enroll Now’
e. Enrollment success message is displayed
f. Click the link ‘Go to My Dashboard’
g. Trainee is redirected to Trainee Dashboard page
h. The newly enrolled course is displayed on the ‘Current’ section
5. Trainee accessing the Trainee Dashboard
a. Access the eTC environment
b. Login as trainee
c. Click the link ‘My Dashboard’
d. On My Dashboard, the newly enrolled course is displayed in the ‘Current’ section
e. Click the link ‘Continue Course’
f. Trainee is navigated to the Blackboard Learn – Course home page where the trainee can access and complete the course
