He is also a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1988) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

He had previously been a Group Executive Director on the board of ETI and earlier as Executive Director in Ecobank Nigeria. He has acquired over 20 years in the �nancial services industry. He has an MBA in Finance from the Obafemi Awolowo University and he is an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School (SEP).

Patrick Akinwuntan is the Chairman, Board of Directors, Accion Micro�nance Bank and Managing Director of Ecobank Nigeria Limited. He is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of senior and executive management experience. Mr. Akinwuntan has held several strategic positions in the Ecobank Group in

Mr. Taiwo Joda is the Managing Director/CEO of Accion Micro�nance Bank. He holds a B.Sc degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lagos and Masters’ degree in Finance and Banking from the same university. He is an alumnus of Said Business School - Oxford University.

Mr. Joda has over (25) twenty-�ve years’ experience in Bank and Non-Bank Financial Institutions spread over (5) �ve institutions with core competencies in corporate �nance, corporate banking, branch banking, retail banking and key customer management.

Mr. Joda is a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB) and a member of the Institute of Management (MNIM). He has attended several top management programs both locally and internationally, including - Lagos Business School, Nigeria, INSEAD, France and Euro money both in UK and Singapore.

Mr. Joda was appointed the MD/CEO of Accion Micro�nance Bank on August 1st 2017 but assumed full responsibility as Managing Director/Chief Executive Of�cer on January 2nd 2018.

Institutions he worked prior to joining Accion MfB include: Arbitage Financa and Investment Company Ltd, Kenneth Michael & Company Nig. Ltd, FSB International, International Trust Bank, Equatorial Trust Bank, Diamond Bank and Fidelity Bank plc. His remarkable performance on the job earned him appointments into critical and strategic committees and several awards in the institutions he had previously worked. He has excellent leadership skills and continually mentors young professionals.

Raliat Sunmonu is the Senior Director, Africa & Middle East Program Management for Accion’s Global Advisory Solutions. She provides advice on digital strategy, risk assessment, responsible product design and other business-related areas for Accion partners and for a wide range of financial service providers.

Prior to joining Accion, Raliat worked with innovative disruptors such as M-KOPA in East Africa, where she was instrumental to launching innovative products and services for underserved rural populations in East Africa. Raliat has also held leadership positions at leading corporates such as IBM where she was responsible for building new partnerships and delivering transformative engagements for clients in Central, East and West Africa; as well as MTN where she led the delivery of innovative projects that underpinned the MNO giant’s rapid expansion across the Middle East and Africa.

Deji's major area of focus/interest is developing/deploying electronic payment solutions as a competitive tool in the banking industry. Since 2001, Deji he has pioneered several cutting-edge and award winning Technology products that are in application nationwide. Of major signi�cance are Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and FlashMeCash

Finally, Deji is Married to Funke Oguntonade and they have three wonderful kids (Oluwaseun {F,23}, Oluwatimilehin {M,21} and Kasope {M,19})

Deji holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (1989) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Information Technology from Federal Universtiy of Technology, Akure (FUTA). He has attended various courses in Nigeria, Switzerland, India, London, Singapore and South Africa.

Deji Started his Banking career in 1991 with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, and subsequently also worked in for Equitorial Trust Bank and First Inland Bank Plc. His Banking experience has spanned Operations, Marketing and Information Technology and E- business.

Deji's major strengths are innovation, human capital development and a never say die attitude. He makes a positive impact on the lives of those he has encounters with and he is a role model for many players in the Financial and Information Technology Industry.

A Case study has also been written by the Lagos Business School (Pan African University) on his journey in the development and propagation of Flash Me Cash.

Currently, Deji is the Divisional Head for FinTech & Innovation in GTBank, up until December 2016, he was the Group Head, Electronic Payment managing E Commerce initiatives, Internet Banking, POS Deployment, Mobile Money and Mobile Banking and the fast growing USSD based payment system – Bank737.

Bayo Adekanmbi is an award-winning business executive who combines 19 years of cognate industry experience in Strategy, Marketing, Analytics and Business Transformation from two largest economies in Africa (Nigeria and South Africa). He is a Kaggle-validated hands-on Data scientist and a doctoral researcher with a Data Science product patent on Social Pricing Recommender. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Reading postgraduate School, United Kingdom, and has also had both full-time and executive education in many other leading institutions, including Columbia Business School, New York; The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Chicago; INSEAD Business School, France; Telecoms Training Institute, London; ETH Zurich, Switzerland; and Gatton College of Business at the University of Kentucky, Kentucky.

Prior to joining Ecobank, Stanley was the Digital Banking Head for Standard Chartered Bank supporting retail markets across Africa, has also served as the Group Head, eBusiness (Fortis Group) and pioneer Chief Operating Of�cer for Fortis Mobile Money, he was one time Senior eBusiness Executive for Brinq Africa and also played active roles in the bank operations at UBA Plc.

He is also the Chairman of the Committee of e-Business Industry Heads (CeBIH), Treasurer of the Governing Council for Fintech Nigeria (FINTECHNGR) and Member of the Governing Board of the e-Payment Providers Association of Nigeria (EPPAN).

Stanley is a Certi�ed Digital Financial Services and Project Management Professional with key strengths in strategy, distribution transformation, emerging payments and �nancial inclusion. He holds professional licenses in Project Management (PMP, CBPP, MPM), Six Sigma, Lean Management, Cards & Payments (CCPP). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA).

Stanley is currently the Head of Consumer Distribution in Ecobank Nigeria, responsible for the delivery of the cards and digital banking capabilities as well as the overall supervision of the project management of�ce for Consumer Bank.

He has an MBA in Technology Management from ADBU India, Masters in Project Management, Post-Graduate in Public Policy Analysis and has completed executive management courses from Columbia Business School, INSEAD, University of Georgia (Terry School of Business), Thunderbird School of Global Management - Arizona, Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy amongst others.

Ophelia Ama Oni has over 12 years with experience in branch banking, ebanking, mobile money and �nancial inclusion. She is currently the Head Strategy and Business Development for the Inclusive Banking department of Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited with the responsibility of pursuing its �nancial inclusion agenda.

Ophelia is passionate about using technology as an enabler to develop solutions to reach the unbanked and underbanked to give them greater access to �nancial services. She is also a founding member of the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa.

Professor David-West holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Manchester Business School; an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, London; and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. She is a Certi�ed Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certi�ed in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and the academic advocate to the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She is also a quali�ed practitioner of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), and a digital money specialist certi�ed by Digital Frontiers Institute and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Professor Olayinka David-West is a governing council member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.

Professor David-West currently directs the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services (SIDFS) initiative of the Lagos Business School. Under her leadership, SIDFS has in the last three years conducted research; convened stakeholders from the �nancial services ecosystem across the operators and regulatory segments; articulated policy amendments all with an aim to enhance the creation and delivery of Digital Financial Services in Nigeria. SIDFS also works with development and philanthropic agencies such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth on initiatives to enhance the creation and delivery of Digital Financial Services as well as enhancement of entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

With a career in the information systems industry spanning nearly three decades; she has engaged in various roles in systems/technology consulting, systems development and integration and electronic banking management.

Professor Olayinka David-West is the Academic Director and a Senior Fellow in the Operations, Information Systems and Marketing Division of Lagos Business School (LBS). She is also a member of the LBS Management Board.

inaugural Chairman of Global Council of Global Banking Education Standards Boards (GBEStB).

He sits on the Board of various institutions in Banking, Insurance, Agriculture, Technology sectors etc in Nigeria, Ghana and Canada, including the Accion Micro�nance Bank, Nigeria. Described as Nigeria FinTech envoy. He initiated the creation of FinTech Association of Nigeria and currently the founding President of the Association. He is also Chairman of Fintech Associates Ltd., �nancial and technology solutions providers.

Olusola Adewole leads PwC's People and Organization Practice in the West Market Area including Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. He is a strategic HR management and enterprise transformation advisor. Over the last 20 years plus, he has led several organization effectiveness projects for leading African and multinational organizations in consumer-packaged goods, oil & gas, banking, government and education. A senior consulting alumnus of Accenture and Phillips Consulting, Olusola attended Cran�eld's executive programme on 'Best Practises in Management Consulting' in 1998.

Olusola is a respected leadership development consultant and C-Suite relationship manager with a keen business sense. His core areas of expertise include the design and execution of HR strategies; talent management programmes; performance management systems; culture/ change management and digital workforce transformation.

He is both SHL OPQ and Thomas International PPA certi�ed. He holds a master's in human resources management from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, United States, where he was a until recently a faculty member.

Professor David-West currently directs the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services (SIDFS) initiative of the Lagos Business School. Under her leadership, SIDFS has in the last three years conducted research; convened stakeholders from the �nancial services ecosystem across the operators and regulatory segments; articulated policy amendments all with an aim to enhance the creation and delivery of Digital Financial Services in Nigeria. SIDFS also works with development and philanthropic agencies such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth on initiatives to enhance the creation and delivery of Digital Financial Services as well as enhancement of entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

Professor David-West holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Manchester Business School; an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University, London; and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. She is a Certi�ed Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certi�ed in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), and the academic advocate to the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She is also a quali�ed practitioner of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), and a digital money specialist certi�ed by Digital Frontiers Institute and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.

Professor Olayinka David-West is the Academic Director and a Senior Fellow in the Operations, Information Systems and Marketing Division of Lagos Business School (LBS). She is also a member of the LBS Management Board.

With a career in the information systems industry spanning nearly three decades; she has engaged in various roles in systems/technology consulting, systems development and integration and electronic banking management.

Ashley Immanuel is Head of Programmes at Enhancing Financial Innovation & Access (EFInA), an organisation that promotes �nancial inclusion in Nigeria. In this role, Ashley leads EFInA’s work to create a Nigerian �nancial system that works better, especially for the poor. EFInA does this primarily through research, advocacy, capacity-building, and funding innovation, with a strong focus on promoting widespread use of digital �nancial services in Nigeria. Ashley worked in management consulting prior to joining EFInA, including consulting for the US Agency for International Development (USAID). Ashley has a BA in Sociology from Duke University.

Habiba is multi-lingual, speaking 5 European languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian) and her native Ebira. She holds a Bachelor's degree in French and Italian from the University of London, and a Master's degree in Organisational Management, including Leadership Coaching and Team Facilitation, from George Washington University, Washington DC. She is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School's Executive Education in Strategic Leadership in Financial Inclusion.

She is also an executive coach, social justice activist, gender champion, and a sought-after moderator and public speaker.

Habiba Balogun is a director of Accion Micro�nance Bank (AMfB) and Chairperson of the Ethics & Governance Board Committee.

As a fellow of the Center for Financial Inclusion's Africa Board Fellowship, Habiba has insider knowledge on the challenge of �nancial inclusion for low income clients. And as a founding member of AMfB's Channels and Technology Board Committee, she is in the vanguard of micro�nance institutions riding the Fintech wave sweeping the world and its applicability to Financial Inclusion.

She is director and principal consultant of Habiba Balogun Consulting Limited, an Organisation Effectiveness and HR Consultancy, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Banker's Business and Government Relations Group. Habiba has over 28 years experience in Strategic Human Resource Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Organisation Development, working around the world and in Nigeria including the North-East and Niger Delta.

Habiba is a fellow of the Aspen Leadership Network and the Africa Leadership Initiative West Africa. She serves as a director on several NGO and social entrepreneurship boards including Fate Foundation, Kudirat Initiative for Democracy (KIND), International Coach Federation Nigeria (ICF), Lagos Preparatory & Secondary School (LPSS), the most highly accredited British International School in Africa, and Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR), a structured mentoring programme.

She is a faculty member of the Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) responsible for Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring of executives in public and private healthcare institutions; a faculty member for Fate Foundation responsible for People Management and Separating Business from Personal Finances for experienced entrepreneurs; course director for Success4all Ltd (S4A) offering �nancial literacy training to populations vulnerable to social pressure; and course director for the HBC Career series of female empowerment soft skills training offered by WISCAR mentoring programme.

Wole is an award winning anchor, producer and former West Africa editor at CNBC Africa. He is the presenter of CNBC Africa's daily markets programme Closing Bell West Africa. He was previously a Fellow responsible for Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at the Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Nigeria's leading think-tank focused on advocacy and intervention for a more open and competitive business environment. Wole studied at the University of Lagos, Nigeria where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance. This cultivated his keen interest in economics and �nancial markets.
