IBHFL pledges to go plastic-free – Plastic se AzadiIndiabulls Housing Finance ltd. pledged to reduce plas�c pollu�on by elimina�ng “One Time Plas�c” usage across all their offices. From 16th August, IBHFL ini�ated steps to stop distribu�on of use-and-throw plas�c bo�les, and drinking water is now being served in either paper cups or in reusable glasses.

6 Ways to Reduce Plastic Waste:1. Avoid Bo�led Drinking Water. Consump�on of bo�led drinking water is one of the major causes of plas�c waste. When we are outside, the urge to buy bo�led drinking water is high and many buy it, not thinking about dire consequences it may have on our popula�on. A single plas�c bo�le takes more than 400 years to decompose fully. Instead of buying packaged drinking water, switch to carrying your own reusable bo�le made out of eco-friendly materials such as glass. Studies show that it is also more beneficial to your health to drink water from a container made out of materials other than plas�c.

2. Carry a reusable shopping bag with you. We unknowingly end up using a lot of plas�c when we go out to shop for even the most basic things. Instead of asking shopkeepers to give you a plas�c bag to put all your purchases in, carry your own cloth bag for this purpose. This simple step on your part will end while end up having a massive posi�ve impact on the environment.

3. Say No to plas�c straws.Increasingly, the consump�on of plas�c straws in beverages is becoming a norm. Plas�c straws have a very short-term use and are usually dropped into a garbage can with no further thought, instantly becoming a source of plas�c pollu�on. Morever, they are too lightweight to make it through the mechanical recycling sorter, thus almost impossible to recycle. Instead, politely refuse plas�c straws at restaurants and cafes or carry your own metal straws.

4. Refuse plas�c cutlery. Using plas�c cutlery is very temp�ng. Its use-and-throw appeal eliminates the headache of washing dishes. However, like other things made up of plas�c, these are not biodegradable and harm the environment. Use your own cutlery as much as you can. While ordering takeout, ask the restaurant to not give you cutlery.

5. Skip disposable razors that we use every day. Opt for razors with disposable blades instead. Disposable razors are made up of plas�c and are meant to be thrown away a�er 1-2 �mes of being used.

6. Re-think your food storage. Our food storage habits also impact the environment far more than we think. Avoid shrink wraps and zip lock bags. These are made up of plas�c and are manufactured with the intent of one-�me use. You can opt for reusable glass or steel containers that are more durable, have no ill-health effects and look nice.

Activity Highlights:Indiabulls Foundation (IBF)

Jan SwasthyaKalyanVahika (Mobile Medical Vans):IBF has launched 4 new Jan SwasthyaKalyan Vahika vans. These vans are fully equipped to provide quality primary healthcare to the underprivileged in the Mumbai, Raigad, Palghar and Thane districts of Maharashtra. Every single of these medical mobile vans visits 15-16 loca�ons every week and diagnoses about 100-150 pa�ents every day. The diagnosis and medicines provided are free of cost and are given by qualified medical professionals. Till date, with the help of these mobile medical vans, IBF has successfully diagnosed and treated nearly 20 lakh pa�ents.

Renewable Energy Project:IBF has installed Solar Renewable Energy Plants in 5 tribal ashram schools in Maharashtra. These solar plants will provide constant electricity free of cost to the schools for about 25 years, whereas earlier these schools used to suffer terrible blackouts. This ini�a�ve by IBF has benefi�ed over 13,000 tribal students in Maharashtra.

Transforming Trimbakeshwar and Shahapur:IBF has ventured to adopt Trimbakeshwar and Shahapurtalukas in the Nasik and Thane districts of Maharashtra. The purpose of adop�ng these talukas is to tackle dire consequences of malnutri�on on health, mortality, produc�vity and economic growth of the tribal popula�on in these regions. IBF provides awareness and Paush�kAahar Nutri�on Supple-ment to malnourished children, expectant mothers and lacta�ng mothers, and runs mul�ple healthcare ini�a�ves like the mobile medical vans, medical clinics and health check-ups in these talukas. Women are also provided with Kumud sanita�on kits – (some descrip�on about Kumud). Till date Indiabulls Founda�on has impacted more than 20,000 beneficiaries through its ini�a�ves in these 2 talukas.

Kumud:IBF distributed ‘Kumud’ – affordable sanitary napkins to underprivileged women and girls in Maharashtra. Through this ini�a�ve, IBF has benefited over 73,000 rural women & adolescent girls in various ashram schools, orphanages, shelter homes and rehabilita�on centers in Thane, Raigad, Palghar and Mumbai districts of Maharashtra. As a project, Kumud is not just confined to distribu�on of sanitary kits, but also involves spreading awareness to let women exhibit their freedom during menstrua�on.

Builder Sales Team TrainingIBHFL hosted a day-long training session at the Lower Parel office in Mumbai for renowned Cat Ac builder Acme. The training session focussed on selling skills, leadership, nego�a�on skills, conflict management etc.

Jazbaa Indiabulls Home Loans organised a Channel Partner Meet—Jazbaa for Direct Sales Associates and their families at various loca�ons like Agra, Vijayawada, New Delhi and Jodhpur. The winners from earlier contests were awarded during the event. Apart from this, discussions on ongoing contests along with future IBHFL plans and way forward was held.

Indiabulls Home Loan’s London Office holds an exclusive seminar in association with L&T RealtyIBFHL London office in associa�on with L&T Realty held an exclusive seminar on the 14th August, 2018 at the Taj Hotel, St. James Court in London. The topic of discussion was the Emerging Trends in Indian Real Estate along with a brief presenta�on on the New RERA Regime. The NRI clients were acquainted with the new regula�ons and benefits of purchasing property with good category developers. Indiabulls London Team presented to the audience the benefits of NRI Home Loans and the ease of end to end transac�on via Interna�onal Office. The exclusive and engaging talk was presented by Mr Shrikant Joshi, CEO L&T Realty and Mr Sanjay Mehrotra, Head-Sales L&T Realty. The event was a�ended by more than 100 guests including dignitaries from across industries as well as senior UK Bankers.

Builder MeetsIBHFL hosted builders meets in Jaipur and Nagpur where builders were invited for discussions over the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) policy and norms along with benefits for the customers.

Indiabulls Housing Finance unites to help Kerala Flood Victims: IBHFL urged its employees to voluntarily contribute one day's salary (or more for senior employees) in order to help the vic�ms of Kerala who were impacted by the floods in August 2018. IBHFL then contributed an equivalent sum of money amoun�ng to the total that has been collected from employees and directed this contribu�on for the wellbeing of the state and affected people.

SORILSORIL (EHB) Outdoor Cricket TeamSORIL (EHB) recently organized an outdoor cricket tournament for its employees. This was done with the inten�on of having a fun team building ac�vity and crea�ng a bond between the new and old employees. Since cricket is not just a sport, but a passion in India,it was chosen for this team ac�vity. There were 3 teams and they played in round robin fashion. These matches were played on Astro Turf in a playground located in Mumbai.

The theme of the event was “Vividhta mein Ekta”. All employees of Indiabulls Pharmaceu�cals par�cipated in this event with a lot of patrio�c flavour and fervour and crea�vely showcased the speciality of various states of India.

Digital Campaign Launch of #IndiabullsPharmaA new digital campaign was launched called #IndiabullsPharma on the popular social media site Facebook. The objec�ve of this campaign is to enhance brand awareness of Indiabulls Pharmaceu�cals u�lising social media as a pla�orm within the community of physicians in India. The campaign will run for 3 months and aims to build aware-ness not only for Indiabulls Pharmaceu�cals but also for the its individual business segments.

He proved everyone wrong and not only contributed with his bowling but also showed great leadership skills to win the World Cup in 1983 which changed our outlook towards the game forever.

What is the most valuable memento/award that you have received and why is it very close to you?I received a Gold Chain for being the best Sales Person out of 100 execu�ves in Delhi during my tenor in Tata Press Yellow Pages. I s�ll very remember that moment fondly as it was the first major recogni�on of my professional career.
