• See Ms. Cortez or Mrs. Castelinni in the Counseling Center for an updated copy

• Make copies as needed

Official Transcripts (Sealed and usually mailed directly from THS)

•Complete a “Transcript Request Form”

•Provide a college-addressed, stamped envelope for each official transcript
