Intro

Good Evening Everybody!

• I am Clara, From France. I really love arts, design and architecture. And I also like meeting and helping people !

• So I am thinking of a new concept of a bar/restaurant where people could take a coffee, a meal AND talk about architecture, design or decoration !

My business idea• A restaurant where we can bring

our house projects (plans) or design project and talk about it. Or also bring photos of our interior’s house to rethink the furniture's places or the decoration.

• It will be a place with an artistic and exchange dynamic!

Target customer

• Who does My business serve?

– Men and women

– Between 18 and 75 years old

– All around the world

– Interested by architecture or having a project in process.

Supporting Research• According to my survey everybody could be

interested and come at least one time in my restaurant when they have a project even if they are not interested in architecture !

• 100 % of the surveyed persons

said that they would

come in this restaurant.

Financials• It’s like opening a restaurant but with more

spendings in materials, 3D software, special tables, etc …

• But, again according to the survey, people are ready to pay their meal a little more expensively or pay a membership fee for some of them.

Actions• I will start looking for a place, big enough to

do 3 parts restaurant/bar/desks, to install my project .

• And contact some professional architects and designers to promote the business, but also engage art students to develop the concept further.

Continuous Learning• I will always stay open minded, listen to

people’s advice and in search of new ideas to never stopped improving my business.
