November, 2014 Hello Parishioners/School Families/Alumni and Faith Formation: The following pages contain our 2nd Annual Report. The purpose of this report is to keep you up to date on the progress that has been made in the St. Veronica Capital Campaign over the past year. We would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone that has contributed to Phase Two. It was our largest and most expensive phase…. but, WE DID IT!! We still have a few items to finish up and hopefully will have them in place by the end of the year. Please take a moment to read through and learn about the improvements that have been made to our campus and look at all the names of those who contributed to Phase Two. We are almost there!! We will need to have a Phase Three and then our mission will be complete. Phase Three will consist of:

RE-PAVEMENT OF THE UPPER PARKING LOT AND

ENHANCING THE SCHOOL ENTRANCE. We estimate the total cost to be approximately $150,000. We know that many of you have been so generous and have given for both phases, and we would be most appreciative if you would consider donating to Phase Three. For those that have yet to donate, we hope you will see the success that we have achieved as a community and will choose to participate in donating to Phase Three, our FINAL PHASE. Remember, you can make a one-time donation or set up a payment schedule monthly, including auto deductions if you prefer. We have come up with a fun way for everyone to contribute in the re-pavement of the upper parking lot by “selling” individual pieces of the lot! Take a look at the back page of the Annual Report and we hope that you join in by tearing off the back page and sending in your donation. We are hopeful when we send out the Annual Report next year that everything will be complete --- we are almost there, please help us finish the mission we set forth on two years ago. ANNUAL REPORT

As year two of our Capital Campaign comes to a close, we would once again like to thank each participant who donated or pledged during Phase Two. The continued support and strength of our community is remarkable. The number of participants who donated, is close to the number during Phase One which is amazing. We are on track to begin Phase Three – our final phase!

For the period of September, 2013 through September, 2014 451 participants donated a total of $210,837

Phase Two has brought about a great transformation to the parish grounds. The lower yard has been repaved and striped for both parking and for the children to play at recess. Three newly installed light poles now illuminate the lower yard at night. Two trees, ground cover and retaining wall have now completed the planting area near the play structure. A beautiful fountain now graces the front of the church. Almost all of the legacy items are in place. Beautiful legacy benches are distributed throughout the grounds. The Legacy Courtyard of engraved bricks and granite tiles holds memories of both past and present parishioners and alumni. In the weeks ahead, the trees and additional landscaping will be complete along with a labyrinth for reflection and meditation.

Want to “buy” a piece of the upper parking lot? We are “selling” 100 square foot portions. For each 10ft x 10ft lot you “buy”, your name will be written onto the parking lot grid posted in the church vestibule. Once we reach our goal and are able to re-pave the parking lot, a permanent sign will be posted in the upper parking lot listing everyone who “bought” a piece of the lot.
