Remaining balance amount at the time of filling of Original Hajj Form or 30 Mar 2018, which is earlier.

Incase of withdrawal of your booking till 30 Mar 2018, Services charges of PKR 50000/- per person will be deducted and balance

remianing amount will be refunded.

Services are subject to payment plan & company will have the right to cancel / substitute in case payment plan not followed.

Rooms cannot be canceled once booked. It can only be transferred if possible and at whatever price. It would be transferred

at the risk of customer with services charges PKR 100,000/- after 30 Mar 2018.

Repeat Hajj supplement SAR 2000 per person is applicable for those person who have performed Hajj in last 3 years. Any

other condition imposed by saudi authorities such as biometric / insurance / 5% vat or any increase compulsory hajj dues

by Saudi authorities which was last year SAR 1020, etc. will be paid by pilgrims.

/ Haji will be considered as second Party.

4. First Party is Liable to give all the service committed to him and which is mentioned on his broucher.

5. Second Party is Laible to make payments to First Party on the time or there will be no claim valid against the first party if the payment is

not being made on time.

6. Second Party have a right to make claim against the first party if any specified service is not provided to him.

7. The First party will clear his position against the second party if any specified services is not given to second party and if claim arises then

the claim will be given to second party for the only service which was not provided to second party. (force majeure clause will apply)

8. The First party has a right to provide a better hotel or to upgrade tha haji to a better service.

9. First Party is only liable to provide you the rooms in the hotel which is committed and cannot be penalized for not giving any suite or

smaller or a large room is not given to the second party.

13. The administrative part of traveling of Hajj papers will be given to the haji before their departure.

17. The Second party representative who is dealing on the behalf of his family friends / group. He is responsible for all the commitment and

will take care of his family /friend /group. Further other group members who have not booked package directly through us have

no right to complain or claim.

18. One or Two nights in Makkah and Madinah can be reduced as per final itinerary.

19. Due to close location in Mina to Jamarat, no Transport to be provided for Tawaf-e-Ziyarah & on 12 Zul Hijja. As all roads are closed

near the Tents as all Hajis are going to Makkah for Tawaf-e-Ziarah.

20. All Itineraries, Hotels services & Toilets are Tentative and are subject to local Saudi Laws & our Group operation Limitations.

21. We will only be completing all the formality with reference to Ministry of Religious Affairs Islamabad & will not be responsible for any delay

and non-issuance of Hajj Visa by the consulate.

22. Half Board ( Hotel buffet) will charged if Gov.of Pakistan makes its mandatory on Private Sector.

23. Amount of SAR 550 for Qurbani will be changed if Gov. of Pakistan makes its mandatory on Private Sector Also.

24. Our services in mashaer days suches Tent, Accommodation. Food, Water, Transport, Bathroom are managed by moulim by saudi laws.

25. Max one suitcase per person is allowed in hajj trip any excess luggage movement / transportation will be on risk and cost of hajji & Saudi

laws. Luggage handling in the hajj journey responsibility of hujjaj. The first party will assist only and lost / stolen liability is claim MAX

USD 100 for Tagged / Locked Suitcase.

26. Azizya Building services cannot be compared to Hotel services.

27. Makkah Similar means Abraj Tower / Jabal-e-omar Project closed to Haram any Five Star Hotel. (by Saudi Star�s standard)

28. Due to extreem hot weather air conditioned will be provided but due to tents opening & limited electric power required temperature cannot

be guaranteed.

29. Repeat Hajj supplement SAR 2000 per person is applicable for those person who have performed Hajj in last 3 years. Any other condition

imposed by saudi authorities such as biometric / insurance / 5% vat or any increase compulsory hajj dues by Saudi authorities which was

last year SAR 1020, etc. will be paid by pilgrims.

Force MajeureUniversal Brothers shall not be breach of any of its obligations under this Agreement to the extent that its performance is prevented,

Fire, flood, atmospheric disturbance, lightning, storm, typhoon, tornado, tsunami, earthquake, washout, epidemic, or other acts of God.

War, threat of war, riot, blockade, insurrection, acts of public or enemies, civil disturbances, terrorism and sabotage and threats of such actions.

Strikes, lock-outs, or others industrial disturbances or labour disputes.

Change of any applicable rule, regulation law or Hajj Quota, Saudi Talimaat & Moulim instraction which makes it impossible or unlawful for either
