Temporary Easements:• Temporary Easement and Construction Agreements
(TECA) allow the County’s contractors to access private yards to perform construction-related work, including the relocation of fences, replacement of disturbed sod, and making grade adjustments.
• The County’s contractors restore the disturbed area within the Temporary Easement as nearly as practicable to match original conditions.
• Temporary Easements become null and void at the end of the project.
• A County Real Estate Specialist will contact property owners about their TECA, and can answer questions or assist with locating a notary public.

2. Temporary Easement and Construction Agreements are mailed to affected property owners
3. Construction Drawings and Specifications are finalized
