By using laptops in the patient’s home, we are able to expedite patient information, including STAT lab work. With this technology, we can track the patient’s progress and immediately share it with our medical team. This system eliminates paperwork and provides trending information, which allows our Quality Assurance Department the ability to ensure the highest quality care. Carter Healthcare’s technical team has developed a state-of-the-art patient information system, called the Patient Portal. This propriety electronic system gives authorized administrators easy digital access to their patient’s information.
