Volcano laminated sand filters stand out from their competitors thanks to their optimum filtration quality and excellent finish. The breadth of the Volcano range means that the filter can be perfectly adapted to the pools filtration requirements.

Volcano private pool filters are available in diameters ranging from 450 mm to 1200 mm in the lateral valve version and from 450 mm to 900 mm in the top valve version.

In the 1 m high filter bed versions, suitable for public pools, the range comprises of filters whith diameters ranging from 1050 mm to 2000 mm.

Characteristics: The filters are manufactured by simultaneously injecting glass

fibre and resin.

New screw on lid for quick, easy seal.

Fitted with collector arms & diffuser made in UPVC.

Fitted with pressure gauge, manual air and water purges.

Multiport valve with six positions filter, backwash, rinse,

recirculate, waste and closed.

Manual water purge for diameters of 450, 600, 750mm.

and 2 sand purge for diameters of 900, 1050 and 1200mm.

Maximum working pressure of 2,5 Kg/cm.

Los filtros de arena laminados Volcano destacan por su alta calidad de filtracin y por su acabado brillante. La amplia gama Volcano hace que el filtro se ajuste perfectamente a las necesidades de filtracin de la piscina.

Los filtros Volcano para piscina privada estn disponibles desde dimetro 450 hasta 1200 mm en versin vlvula lateral y desde dimetro 450 hasta 900 mm en versin vlvula top.

En las versiones de 1 m de altura de lecho filtrante, aptos para piscina pblica, la gama est compuesta por filtros de diametro 1050 mm hasta 2000 mm.

vidrio.

Nueva tapa roscada con sistema de cierre rpido.

Montado con colectores y difusor de material plstico

inalterable PVC.

Equipado con manmetro, purga de aire manual y purga de agua

Vlvulas selectoras de seis vas para operaciones de filtracin,

lavado, enjuague, recirculacin, vaciado y cerrado.

Purga manual de agua para 450 - 600 - 750, descarga de

arena 2 para 900 - 1050 - 1200.

Presin mxima de trabajo 2,5 Kg/cm.

Mediante el sistema patentado de apertura y cierre

de la tapa se eliminan los tradicionales tornillos.

Gracias a ello se ejerce una presin uniforme en toda

la seccin de la junta de estanqueidad y se facilita la

operacin de apertura de la tapa.

Funcionalidad

Equipados con la vlvula selectora de 6+1 posiciones

de AstralPool que permite filtrar, lavar, enjuagar,

recircular, vaciar y cerrar el filtro. Una vlvula tan

fiable que es utilizada en la mayora de los filtros de

AstralPool.

Mejor acabado

Mas all de su acabado laminado, que aporta mayor

resistencia y seguridad, su aspecto brillante, lo hace

destacar de los filtros convencionales.

Easy handling

A patented system is used for operating and closing

the lid, thereby eliminating the use of tradicional

screws. The system also exerts uniform pressure

over the entire watertight joint and makes it easier to

loosen the cover..

Functionality

Fitted with an AstralPool multiport valve with 6+1

positions for filter, backwash, rinse, recirculate, waste

and closed. A valve so reliable, its used with most

AstralPool filters.

Improved finish

In addition to the laminated finish, which enhances

safety and resistance, the bright finish sets its

apart from conventional filters.

La estructura del cdigo del filtro est formada por ocho dgitos. Los

primeros cinco dgitos pertenecen al cdigo del filtro y los tres ltimos

dgitos corresponden al modelo, los cuales vienen dados segn tablas.
