As an alternative to conventional water delivery for large acreage parcels, our Ditch Suction System can be custom-designed to meet a variety of applications.

Engine, pump, and generator are modular and frame-mounted to retrofit or upgrade existing linears. Each can be configured for end or center feed. All Pierce Ditch Suction Systems feature independent walking beam suspension.

The Pierce Four-Wheel Cart is built to pull. With the largest drive tube available in the industry and its live axle suspension, this cart has pulling power! It is capable of handling up to an eight inch hose for your high flow requirements. Don’t need the ultimate pulling machine? The two-wheel cart has towable and swing options at an affordable cost.

SPLIT cOuPLEr

Our split coupler design and flexible inner sleeve provides a watertight connection during operation. Should one span stall or become misaligned, the coupler’s blow-apart feature causes pressure to drop, automatically shutting off the system.

Industrial-quality panels is offerred in standard enamel-coated or optional stainless steel enclosures on both the Pierce Programmable Controller and the electro-mechanical controller (shown above). All Pierce guidance systems feature proven solid state components for dependability. With buried wire guidance, the adjustable rate, variable speed steer-ing system puts you in control, allowing multiple turn rates and wire offset options while the simplicity of furrow and cable guid-ance systems make adjustment logical.

TOWEr BOx

The tower box is constructed of heavy wall UV stabilized ABS with a 304 stainless steel base. Features include a non-corrosive cam assembly, adjustable micro switch bases, and extra large box for ease of wiring and troubleshooting.
