FRONT OFFIE CASH MANAGEMENT

1. Capture credit card number and its expiry date

2. When the running bill is selected user can see details of total bill amount, MP Credit,

Discount, Advance amount, Gross total and Net payable.

3. Rebate voucher details

1. Discount can be given to corresponding outlets.

2. In Rebate voucher window, user can see the Rebate voucher no, voucher date,

Running bill no and Username.

3. While selecting the Running bill, it will list out all the details like total bill amount,

total service charge, total meal credit charged and net payable.

4. Discounts can be given to the corresponding Outlets based on percentage or

amount.

5. Discounts can be given with or without service charge.

6. Paid out details

7. Money can be given back to the corresponding Room number in which guest are

staying.

8. If the guest has given any advance payment for their expenses and after settled if

it is having any balance.
