Yellow Card – HHS Y#12(7-6) yellow card was given to #12 from HHS when the score was 7-6 (offending teams score listed first).

Red Card – HHS R#3(7-0) means a Red Card Penalty was given to #3 when the player’s team led 7-0. Red cards in FHSAA always result in player disqualification (ejection) and Penalty point awarded to opponent.

Red/Yellow Cards – FWHS DQ#10(4-14) means #10 from FWHS was ejected when the player’s team trailed 4-14.

Illegal Equipment/Uniform is an Unecessary Delay and penalized with a charged time out (if the team has a TO remaining )or a Penalty point FWHS UD-TO or UD-P, # __ (4-6)

Unconscious Player – write “unconscious player # __” when an unconscious player or apparently unconscious player has been removed from the game and may NOT return.

Exceptional Substitution – write ExSub # __ / #__ and the sub may not return for the SET
