Facility Check List
ESTIMATE ASSUMPTIONS• Sta. 15A• Install a Solar Titan 130 gas fired turbine with a Solar C65 compressor (20.5k hp) in a separate
50’ x 80’ compressor building. Building will be equipped with fire/gas detection equipment for ESD/BSD system. Due to poor soil conditions, piling will likely be required.
• Purchase additional 15 acre site to accommodate the added unit at the existing compressor station. Civil improvements such as grading, fencing and roads for the additional property are included in the estimate.
• Install a 14’ x 50’ Process Control Room (PCR) enclosure. PCR enclosure to have MCC, UPS, and ESD/BSD control systems.
• Install new additional station gas coolers for additional capacity• Install new gas fired standby generator for incremental station loads.• Install area lighting and station grounding systems.• Install unit and expand station control and instrumentation system.• Install approximately 500’ of 36” station suction and discharge piping from the unit headers
to the 1,333 psig mainline piping.• Install suction scrubber with block valves and gas aftercoolers on discharge piping.• Install unit suction and discharge valves and piping, unit surge valves, and station recycle
valves and piping.• Install unit and station vent silencers.• Install fuel gas conditioning system for the gas fired turbines.• Purchase spare parts needed to operate the station.• Install 250’ soundwall• Retrofit two existing reciprocating engines for emissions mitigation. Work to include re‐
aeroing existing turbochargers, installation of jet cells, and upgrading of engine intercoolers.
