  • Step 1: Log on to www.ffa.org

    Click here to open your log

    in screen.

  • Step 2: Log into ffa.org here using your username and password. If you have forgotten your username click

    forgot username. If you know your username, but have forgotten your password click forgot password.

  • Step 3: Once signed in click on Open your FFA Dashboard

  • Step 4: Under My Account click My Toolbox Instructor

  • Step 5: Click on Edit Chapter Profile

  • Step 6: Click on Student/Member Data

  • Step 7: Click on the Current Membership Roster Tab

  • Step 8: Scroll down to Chapter Invite Code. Change the invite code to something that fits the criteria. An error

    message will tell you if it is unacceptable. Click UPDATE.

  • Step 9: Prior to having students complete their online member profile and creating a personal username and

    password you will need to provide them with this updated Chapter Invite Code. This works with option 2 on

    the Student Membership Profile Guide as seen below.
