Cavity # 1008 – Removed from Station 5 – Cavity downstream end cut open - Class 3 cavity
•October 21 - Mechanical refurbishment complete
•October 22 – Installed in test cave at MI-60.
•November 12 – Repairs completed - LCW leak on center casting cooling tube.
•November 24 – Finish testing and ready to ship to Booster
•December 1 – Ship to Booster
•December 2 – Ready for installation in Booster Station 9

•January 6, 2015 - Ready to install in Booster
