We have over 20 current and planned developments located in prime development areas in Central Florida, all of which are providing excellent returns or are projected to do so. residential serviced lots, a 100-unit lakeside sub division as well as commercial/warehousing in a 38-acre industrial park. With development projects spread over each of the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, Feltrim has diversified its interest within each category.

ResidentialOur residential developments are between multi family and single family communities targeted at the local owner-occupier and the international investor/vacation market.

CommercialFeltrim has completed commercial retail and office combination developments and has plans for further developments in this sector.

Industrial Feltrim Developments completed its first industrial development in Ireland in the early 1990s and has significant experience in this sector.

As featured on A Place in the Sun in 2012,Tuscana is a superb, luxurious $100 million resort in Orlando Florida developed by Feltrim. The Mediterranean-style villa resort is located in the heart of Orlando, Florida’s best attractions. Accommodation consists of 2- and 3-bed fully furnished spacious condos with large balconies enjoying varying views.

The resort is equipped with all the amenities; a large swimming pool complex with separate children’s pool, hot tub, 30-seater cinema, a fitness centre, snack bar, restaurant, tavern bar, BBQ areas, picnic tables, free WI-FI and spa services. All on-site management and property sales are managed by Feltrim. Guests are arriving increasingly from South America and Asia which is a general pattern for Feltrim in terms of both sales and rentals.

haines city, floridaHaines City, a mixed retail and commercial development worth $2 million, is conveniently located in an established retail location with road frontage onto US Highway 27 at Haines City, Central Florida. Haines City is referred to as the “Heart of Florida” due to its location.

Feltrim commenced construction of the two storey, 10 unit, 9,000 sq. ft center in 2005 and completed in 2007. All units were let prior to completion. Haines City has a unique character, yet still maintains its small town personality while experiencing tremendous growth.
