Transcript of Feedwater, Steam & Condensate - ZIST...
Feedwater, Steam & Condensate The most important parameters in Water/Steam Cycles such as Cation conductivity, dissolved oxygen and pH are available as pre-assembled and factory tested units.
Dedicated analyzers for sodium, silica, phosphate and hydrazine are also factory tested and calibrated for immediate operation.
Conductivity in power cycles is measured directly (total or specific conductivity) and/or after a cation column (acid or cation conductivity). Additional, a third measurement after sample re-boiling is available (degassed conductivity). SWAN has integrated the cation column into the instruments. This results in considerable less maintenance work.
Single Channel Monitors for specific (total) or acid (cation) conductivity. Dual Channel Monitor for specific and acid conductivity with needle valve, cation column and flow meter.
Additionally it is possible to determine sample pH and alkalizing reagent concentration, e.g. ammonia by differential conductivity.
Triple Channel Monitor for specific, acid and degassed conductivity with needle valve, cation column and flow meter. Additionally it is possible to determine sample pH and alkalizing reagent concentration, e.g. ammonia by differential conductivity.
Monitor Concept:
SWAN Analytical Instruments offer panel-mounted monitors which include inlet solenoid valve, flow cell, electrodes and sensors, electronic unit and all ancillary products mounted on ready-made stainless steel panels. SWAN provides comprehensive quality assurance on all monitors systems and performs wet test of monitors for customer peace of mind.
