    he bel i eved was t he owner of an i ndependent f i l m st udi o i n Los

    Angel es ( UC- 1) and one of UC- 1 s i nvest or s ( UC- 3) . ( Mi l l er Decl .

    2. ) Unbeknownst t o Cal deron, UC- 1 and UC- 3 were act ual l y undercover

    agent s wor ki ng f or t he FBI . ( I d. ) When Cal der on ar r i ved i n Las

    Vegas, he went wi t h UC- 3 t o a hot el , wher e he was met by two FBI

    agent s assi gned t o t he Los Angel es Fi el d Of f i ce ( t he FBI agent s) .( Mi l l er Decl . 3. ) The FBI agent s expl ai ned t o Cal der on t hat t hey
