As a result, we unfortunately cannot share any details on the enormous amount of work completed to date. However, we can share a synopsis below. The Fed State co funding team will continue to test and advance their Economic and Financial Feasibility tool created in the first lab cycle. The tool is designed to inform the funding flow and financial arrangements between various levels of government. The tool will also make use of data analysis to surface ideas about how government funding for social and affordable housing developments could better connect the dwelling with access to other relevant services to have a greater economic benefit to both the government and the residents.
