Load all prices, discounts, terms and conditions to GSA Advantage!® (www.gsaadvantage.gov) The contract is for 5-Years with three five-year options (potential for a 20-Year contract) You will need to exercise your option years with your Contracting Officer. Renewals must be mutually beneficial. Price increases and modifications to the contract are outlined in your contract.

To participate in this program, vendors must: Have been in business for at least two years; Have a minimum of $100,000 in cumulative sales (primarily or

entirely commercial) over the last two years; Have minimum current ratio of 1.5, based upon the Offeror's

most current year's financial statement; Have positive and/or neutral ratings on all elements on the Open

Ratings Past Performance Evaluation Report; and Complete the “Pathway to Success” education seminar (on-site

or on-line)
