LITTLE FLOWER JOB OPENINGS The parish has immediate openings for two individuals to fill their secretarial
and bookkeeping positions. Both part-time positions, up to 30 hours/week, in-
clude benefits and require individuals who are active in their faith, have good
communication, time management and organizational skills, prior office experi-
ence, and a strong knowledge of computer programs. The secretarial position
will include receptionist duties, communicating with the publications staff, prep-
arations of the church for weekend liturgies, maintaining sacramental, member-
ship and offertory records, and a variety of duties that come up during the year
in support of the pastor and parish ministries. The bookkeeping position will
include accounts payable, managing bank accounts, generating financial re-
ports, working closely with the Parish Finance Council, helping prepare the an-
nual budget and other administrative duties in support of the pastor as needed.
Ideally, the two individuals hired would cross train and share some common du-
ties. For more information, or to drop off a resume or fill out an application,
please contact Linda at the Little Flower Parish Office at 838-1520 Monday-
Wednesday before 3:00 pm.

erty and in a world of darkness by
growing in your own spirituality as
you serve others. To find out more
