Session Facilitator Milton OrrisMilton Orris, Orris Consulting, is a consultant in leadership development and projectmanagement for a number of organizations in both the public and private sectorsthroughout Canada and the United States, as well as internationally with the WorldBank. He is extensively involved in presenting educational programs in these two areasas well as in organizational behaviour and change, and community development.His career has included appointments as the director of the graduate program inhealth administration at the University of Toronto and dean of continuing education atRyerson Polytechnic University. He has been involved in the OANHSS Certification Program since its inceptionas a member of the planning committee, program facilitator and as a presenter. He has a special interest andinvolvement in long term care, facilitating many board retreats, along with other related activities.
Case Study AssignmentA case study assignment will be used to test the application of materials as well as call on the professional experience of participants. It will be described at the start of the program and reviewed at the closingsession. CancellationThe Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes and Services for Seniors reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation by an applicantby January 13, 2012, is subject to a full refund less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be issued forcancellations after January 13, 2012, unless on compassionate or medical grounds at whichtime the $100 administration fee would apply.
