Always An Ambassador50

Last Friday was the midpoint of the winter season! It’s all downhill from here! Everyone has been working very hard and it has been a busy season. We were all rewarded with 2 feet of snow last week for some amazing conditions for employees and guests. The great conditions were not the only part of the guest experience noted on the guest comments this week. Service levels were rated well again and our commitment to excellent guest service was reflected in our scores. We continue to high-light our Net Promoter Score (NPS) each week. Last week we scored 89.2% and we hit 88.8% for the season. Our seasonal goal is 89% so we are getting closer each week! Keep up the great work!

89.2%Each week there are many comments in the RRC Report that highlight the overall guest experience and it is rewarding to share some of the comments that our guest have about our team of Ambassadors:

“Sam at TVS is dynamite.”

“TVS has good boot fitters. Matt Sheets is fabulous”

“Silvia instructor was top notch. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable.”

“Patrick Davidsaver was an extremely profession, friendly and knowledgeable backcountry guide (Dexter Sties Group 1/30/16). It's the best backcountry experience I've ever had and I appreciated his knowledge of the terrain, conditions, and hazards. Will be recommending Patrick to all my friends. Best please to ski and live, Jackson Hole!”

“Stephanie Schmitt was a great guide and had good advice.” “Kevin, the lift operator at Casper, was very knowledgeable of the mountain both on and off and added to the all-around experience of JH. Thanks dude!”

We also received some nice general comments from our guests. Here are a few nice examples:

“I worked as a lift operator there 8 years ago and I fell in love with the mountain, so I wanted to go back, and now that I went there, the mountain is more beautiful with the tram and the teton lift. :), the workers are so nice and polite, I always feel happy there, is my little paradise, my magical spot.”

“I have been skiing at JHMR for the past 15 years, it is the best, and now with the recent lift improvements/additions it is the best of the best.”

“Keep being kind.”

“Awesome mountain. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.”

As we move into the second half of the season, it is important to remember that we do make a difference in the guest’s experi-ence in Jackson Hole. The little things do indeed become the big things and if we greet each guest and provide an authentic and friendly interaction, we can be part of a memorable trip for our visitors. We live in a special place and we are lucky to share it with our guests!

Postive Feedback

Check out these glowing guest reviews from our post-departure email survey. Keep up the good work everyone!

I worked as a lift operator there 8 years ago and i fell in love with the mountain, so I wanted to go back, and now that I went there, the mountain is more beautiful with the tram and the teton lift. :), the workers are so nice and polite, I always feel happy there, is my little paradise, my magical spot.

We had a blast. Everything was conveniently located and everyone was helpful and the atmosphere was different from many other resorts we stayed at.

Staff is always on the ball, attentive but not pushy, very enjoyable

I love Jackson Hole. Nothing compares. I've had excellent service from all of the folks I've interacted with.

Very friendly (genuinely) and helpful employees (from transportation, ski rental, lift and ski patrol).

It was my first time ever on a snowboard and everybody was so nice and helpful. Everybody from the staff to the people who paid to be there.

We had an amazing time!!! It was beyond beautiful and pictures didn't do it justice! We will be back every year!

This is my favorite place in the world! And we got the big blow pow today!!! What's better???

Great skiing, lift operators and mountain hosts were helpful and friiendly, food on mountain was very good and the bus service ran timely!
