NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR Many times I have been asked How old to you have to be to join the Senior Center? I always answer we have no minimum age, we have members of a wide range of ages. If one feels they would benefit from the many things our center has to offer and they are at a place in their life when they have time to join these daytime activities and programs then by all means they should join. Perhaps the title Senior Center deters some from actually becoming a member, but that is a shame because our Senior Center is an amazingly busy place with something to offer for most anyone. Membership is a vital part of the financial support the center needs and it gives back so much more in return. Thank you, members, for sharing in the center s support be- cause life sure would be less fun without what we have here. And to those of you thinking of joining, a good time with good people is definitely guaranteed! PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE BY LYNDA CRAN

Time flies when you’re having fun. At the Senior Center you always hear a lot of laughter and

it’s the best medicine for everyone.

In Tai Chi, Strong Bodies, Chair Yoga, Cribbage, Hand & Foot Cards, Foot & Nail Clinics,

Bridge, 500, Bingo and the Wednesday Meals, laughter is always present.

It is so special to hear it, we know when you hear laughter we are doing something right.

BE HAPPY ! LYNDA
