"We find that the most likely way to survive an active-shooting incident is not torun. It is to turn and attack the shooter. The problem is attacking the shooter runs contraryto most current politically correct and police thoughts."

"Appalachian School of Law, January 16, 2002. ..As he approached (the armedstudent) Odighizuwa (the shooter), he saw that Ted Besen and another student, Todd Ross,were in the way of a clear shot. Besen was in front of the student with the gun, while Rosswas behind him. Bridges said he could hit Odighizuwa without hitting Besen, but he wasafraid the hot loads from his .357 Magnum would go clean through the gunman and hitRoss.

Bridges did not shoot, but as he got close, Odighizuwa put his gun down on theground and moved away from it. The moment for shooting passed.

"It seemed like once Peter turned around and recognized that other people werearmed—myself and Mikael...I'm not sure if he seen Mikael's gun; I'm not sure if he seenmine. There's no way to tell. I think once he noticed that we were armed, he laid hisweapon down."

...Competing Agendas. Afterwards, it seemed to Bridges that the pro- and anti-gunpeople were using the incident to further their own agendas. The anti-gun people weredeploring the use of a gun to murder three people and wound another three. The pro-gunfaction said that, in this case, having guns on campus saved lives.

...While after Virginia Tech many people railed against the ostrich-like attitude ofmost educators towards guns on campuses, another more disturbing question was beingraised: Why did none of the students in Norris Hall fight back?

An emasculated eneration of youth

The answers varied, but the theme seemed to be that we have produced an emasculatedgeneration of youth adults who have been socialized by educators to obey orders and avoidconflict at all costs.

protected. We should be raising them to understand that there will be moments in life whenyou need to protect yourself—and, in a `horrible' world, there may come moments when youhave to choose between protecting yourself or others," Steyn wrote.

Bill Batchers of Hard Tactics Corporation thinks the attitude applies not just tostudents. In his blog, he writes: "After thirty years of cultural change in which our societyhas done much to emasculate men and generally make society less self-dependent andmore dependent on government services, one of the outcomes is that the average citizenappears to be much more physically timid than the average citizen of forty years ago.""(Pages 28, 30, 32-34)

"The Dynamics of School Threats. Although the school shootings have receivedan enormous amount of publicity, they are quite rare. According to a Justice PolicyInstitute report in 1998, the chance of a student becoming the victim of a school-associatedviolent death is slight less than one in a million.

Meanwhile, another, more terrifying threat looms over U.S. schools. Until 2007mass shootings at schools have been carried out by one or two socially isolated andparanoid students and have resulted in less than a dozen people murdered in each incident.

However, according to news reports Muslim terrorists are setting their sights onAmerican schools. A report in World Net Daily on September 20, 2007, states that alQaida terrorists in Afghanistan have practiced attacks on schools issuing commands inEnglish.

...John R. Lott Jr. And David B. Mustard, then working at the University ofChicago, found that violent crime decreased significantly after passage by states ofconcealed-carry legislation. Their study, "Crime, Deterrence, and Right-to-CarryConcealed Handguns," published in July 1996, analyzed crime statistics from 1 977 to 1992by county before and after right-to-carry Iaws took effect. It is probably the most extensiveexamination of the subject yet undertaken.

When state right-to-carry laws took effect, murders dropped by 8.5 percent, rapesby 5 percent, and aggravated assaults by 7 percent, Lott and Mustard found. They alsofound a substantial increase in the number of property crimes when states passed right-to-carry laws. Criminals appeared to change their behavior, switching to crimes where theywhere less likely to confront an armed citizen, Lott and Mustard said. Use Common Sense.

WhenGordon Hale III, whose story you will read in Chapter 6, was attacked, his pickup wassurrounded by othervehicles stopped at a traffic light.

Afterwards, Hale's father said, "He said he'II never run with his windows down, andhe'll never drive in the middle lane again."

Hale believes, if he had been in the inside or outside lanes, he could have driven offon the shoulder or the median, and if he had had his windows rolled up, his attacker couldnot have reached him.

Some carjackers and criminals with other motives will deliberately bump your carfrom behind. When you stop and get out to inspect the damage and trade accidentinformation, they will attack. If you don't feel comfortable about the situation, drive to thenearest police or fire station.

When approaching your car in a parking lot, glance under the car as you approach.Before you get in, look in the back to make sure no one is hiding there.

If you are walking, pay particular attention to bushes, doorways, and parkedvehicles—anything that might provide cover for an attacker—and keep away from them.

Keep your back to a wall when you can. Take the seat against the wall, ideally nearan exit, in a restaurant or bar. Wild Bill Hickok ignored this rule, and it cost him his life

Armed law-abiding citizens prevent on average some 3 MILLION crimesa year in this nation.

Some years ago I read a book where some Russian Special Forcesmade the observation and comment that Americans are a warrior raceand nation, a people not to be taken lightly. No doubt those of Agenda21 are aware of this and work to kill this `fighting spirit'.

The Sheriff of Milwaukee County recently went on Radio to notify the public that with1,500 policemen laid off and 32 of his deputies also laid off, that they can not longerprotect the people. From the time someone calls 911 it will be at least a 41 minute waitbefore police can arrive. Liberals have spent the city's funds into oblivion and so crime innow rampant. This Sheriff told the people to "arm themselves", to learn how to use gunsand to self defend and that they must be responsible for their own lives and the well beingof their families.

This is the sum of what I'm led to share and bring focus to in regards to the issue of guns.

Agnes Wallinhas gone Home to JESUS

Agnes, a faithful Net of Prayer Intercessor, assigned to Israel Prayer Group, has passedonto glory. Agne's daughter telephoned the Prayer Captain of Agne's Prayer Unit (Susie-SARA) to report that her mother had passed away. I know she was up in years but we haveno further information nor were we aware of any health issues. She was, as noted, a faithfuland long-time prayer intercessor in the Net of Prayer and will be missed.

These developmentsare happening very fast, maybe too fast, which is why the Net of Prayer will bepraying to discern whether or not we ought engage in prayer or to prophesy in God'sjudgments over those of the enemy. We know this is demonic activity behind theseevents, past and coming.

For example: On February 13`" the Lots drew #749 which is a number we brandedinto the forehead of a demon prince we had captive in 1991. Whenever it is active itsnumber will show in the lottery. This particular demon prince was found to havepower and dominion in Russia and in Asia and is a killer of God's people. TWO dayslater, February 15`'', the 10,000 ton meteor exploded over Russia, injuring 1,600,blowing out 60,000+ windows and causing significant damage to buildings (downedwalls, etc.).

In this way we KNOW that all this was demon activity and caused by demon powerat loose in this world. Again, this is given in greater detail in the, "NET OF PRAYERQUAKE AND DISCERNMENT REPORT."

WE ARE FAR FROM DEFENSELSS

When you read the report about the UN Agenda 21 and Beastman Cbama's guninitiatives and other moves to strip us of our freedom and ultimately our lives - onecan feel helpless.

The foundations of all this evil activity is `IN THE SPIRIT' and here Christians inthe armor of God, united in purpose in prayer and prayer warfare under God'sCommission, can shred the enemy - against us they are the ones who are defenseless.This is why the Net of Prayer now begins to intercede seeking FATHER GOD's help,Commission and direction as we lay our petitions before Him.

SHADOWS OF GOD'S ANSWER TO OUR PRAYERS - COMPUTERS

In the last Newsletter, we sent everyone a new NET OF PRAYER DAILY PRAYERSHEET. Here we asked FATHER GOD to disrupt the government computers when

A week or soago Red China began hacking into the computers of U.S. Corporations and doubtless(though net acknowledged) into government computers. I can see the Hand of Godin this, moving the Chinese to break into the U.S. Computers ,although just now theyare looking for technology and learning how to break into our computers in spite offirewalls (ways to protect a computer from hackers).

Years ago (1977) when JESUS first revealed that the U.S. would be invaded by Russia,China and Japan and their allies, He made it plain that He was bringing them to purge awaythe godless, antiChrist forces in the nation . The consequences of abortion would be a pricein blood, millions alone would perish because of that sin (sow death, reap death - God'simmutable Law).

Nonetheless, we are seeing the early evidence of how FATHER GOD will answer ourprayers - He will move the Chinese to devastate U.S. Government computers when thetime comes and when it is needed to spare all of us_

Again. I remember in the visions of 1977 that American Christians would welcome theinvaders as liberators from the tyranny of the antiChrist system and an evil governmentworking to destroy them. It will be that bad. One can see it taking form and shape beforeour eyes, if our eyes are open.

Michael Isikoff, national investigative correspondent for the NBC news, who brokethe news, reported "that the U.S. government can order the killing of Americancitizens if they are believed to be `senior operational leaders' of al Qaeda' or `anassociated force' - even if there is no intelligence indicating they are engaging in anactive plot to attack the U.S." This Department of Justice (DOJ) "white paper" isentitled "Lawfulness of a Lethal Operation Directed Against a U.S. Citizen..."

A whistleblower inside the Administration leaked news of this memo and it tookNBC a considerable effort quoting the "Right to Information Act" to get a copy ofthis memo.

If an American is "suspected" of being a terrorist - the government can kill themoutright. The decision process to determine if someone should be killed or not is asecret process happening in secret inside the government. They are not obliged toreveal their decision process.

I remember Janet Reno, then Attorney General of the U.S. under Beastman Clinton,defined a "terrorist" as being a fundamental Christian, a conservative, a gun owner,one who believes in the U.S. Constitution. Beastman Clinton and Obama are of thesame spirit and there is no reason to think that Beastman Obama won't take that asa definition of a terrorist.

It is what is called a slippery slope. Today the government says that only Americansoverseas believed to associate with terrorist are to be killed. But once the governmentcan just kill a U.S. Citizen without due process, without facing their accuser, withouta trial by a jury of their peers - who is safe even in America?

Today the U.S. government is deploying more and more drones over the U.S. itself.In our little town of Colville the government offered the local sheriff drones to be put

over the area, which he declined saying, "We have airplanes and helicopters and donot need drones. "

Al Qaeda has written a manual with 24 ways to avoid drones or to shoot them down (oneis trained snipers). Maybe we should try to get a copy of that manual, we may need one.The government accepts collateral damage, killing anyone in a house with a "suspectedterrorist" is okay as far as they are concerned. Government of the people, by and for thepeople? I don't think so.

In a 2005 e-mail sent to me about the writing of a Ryan Bailey (one well acquaintedwith St. MaIachy's prophecy) he detailed the last ten popes according to St. Malachy:

Comment by Chuck-JOHNEL: I 've accurnulated a number of documents by variousauthors and those who have studied St. Malachy's prophecy, some dating back to the1970's. Richard-DANIEL recently sent me a book on the subject. What I've foundis that while St, Malachy has proven accurate to a fault in foretelling who would bePope and their names, and was right-on for 900 years, nonetheless he has said littleabout the kind of popes that would come and his meaning about the 112` t' Pope is alsovague.

When he writes that the I 12th

Pope would "feed his flock" one could assume he iswriting about God's people, yet it is equally possible that he is writing about thosewho were his followers of that antiChrist Pope, these being "his flock."

That St. Malachy mentions, "the dreadful Judge will judge the people" is prettyclear that these are NOT His people. This is probably why a number of scholars thathave studied St. Malachy's prophecy assert that the 112th Pope is going to be Satanhimself in the flesh."

A number of Catholics, on hearing of this, checked and found no mention of the lastPope being antiChrist. I sincerely question "if' the Catholic Church itself would statethat openly. It would make the selection of the next Pope a scary proposition, to saythe least, and not something they'd want to make common knowledge.

I have seen the church in general do this kind of thing over and over, where theyreject prophecy of coming judgment and as it begins to unfold, becomes visible, theyresist it even more keeping those they shepherd in the dark.

On March 1, 2012 Pope Benedict XVI will resign his position as popedue to failing health.

What do I think or discern? I know that we are in a time of severe trials, ofjudgments and tribulations and trouble upon trouble. Clinging to JESUS, looking toJESUS daily is vital.

Other scholars of St. Malachy's prophecy see Europe invaded by Moslems who over-run the Vatican and utterly destroy it or who nuke it. Others see the possibilities ofa few other Popes after Benedict XVI and before Peter Roman. Like I said earlier,with a variety of interpretations of this prophecy the over all picture is vague at times,clear at times, so that it is hard to nail down. God bless. Chuck-JOHNEL.

END OF THE WORLD?

If my grandparents were alive today they'd not recognize the world we are living in,it has changed drastically, even more so since Beastman Clinton, then Obama cameto power. The idea that a President or a secret group of federal authorities coulddetermine which Americans would live or die would have stunned them. The worldwe have lived in before the emergence of the Beastman to power has for all practicalpurposes ended. Indeed, our world has ended! Years ago JESUS taught me this, thatthe end of the world has many dimensions but it is yet a time before we see the endtimes come to fulfillment with the Return of JESUS CHRIST. He will establish HisKingdom on Earth for a thousand years. Doesn't sound like the end of the world inliteral terms, but the end of world under the dominion of Satan/Lucifer. Just wantedto clarify that a little bit.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, one Exelis employee had this to say aboutthe announced closure of the TARS sites:

When Beastman obama first commented about what he called an "Ameri/Corp"afterhe won his first election to the office of president, he stated that they would beequipped as well as the U.S. Army. That got my attention. He was talking abouthaving his own personal army. We have had no news about this "Beastman Army"until recently.

We have gotten various reports about federal agencies being armed and that thesedepartments were purchasing huge piles of ammo. They commented, in response toconcerns being raised, that this ammo would be used for target practice.

On September 14, 2012 the first FEMA Arneri/Corp was Inaugurated, the class of231 "energetic members" had finished their first month of training. It was said thatthey'd be used to help during natural disasters. I saw a photo of some of these youngmen, in uniform, with insignia and lieutenant bars.

Pray tell, why didn't they sendthese "energetic members" to help clear the debris on the East Coast from HurricaneSANDY? That would have been an excellent training ground "ii" their primarypurpose is to help in disasters. No, this is a special army being formed and I am surethat they are being (or already have been) armed with guns and ammo and trained tobe good shots. Guess who they will aim their guns at?!

ANTI-GUN LOONS IN THE LEGISLATUREState Senator Ed Murray (Washington State) has introduced new gun laws that wouldban just about every gun one could own. It would make every gun owner a criminal.Everyone would have to "register" with the State what guns, that might be allowed,that they have.

Now, part of this bill would require that law enforcement search every home to besure they comply with the law and is the gun is stored safely. They can just barge intoour homes and search for failure to comply with State Laws? The Fourth Amendmentis ignored, also the 2"' Amendment.

Fortunately we have a County Sheriff (here in Colville) who made it plain in a recentcity counsel meeting where five of nine voted to support Obama's edicts on gunsignoring the Second Amendment. The Sheriff openly stated that when it comes topush or shove, he will side with the people. He will not violate the SecondAmendment.

Nancy-TONI and 1 will celebrate our 26 th wedding anniversary on February 28, 2013.We have received quite a few anniversary cards wishing us well and some have sent

gifts of cash. We have enough in personal gifts to afford a trip to Leavenworth,

Washington, a small town famous for its German Restaurants and scenery. We will

get away for a few days and get some R&R.
