In Islam; management and leadership is

considered as a vital and unavoidable principle for human life continuance.

In the holy Quran and Islamic narrations and traditions, management is discussed in two ways: celestial and satanic.

Destiny of human being is based upon the obedience from the leader who invites him toward truth or aberration .

Introduction:

What we infer here from management

meanings are general which including:

1) management in inside organization

2) management in outside of organization

3)leading and guiding individuals in social communication.

Purpose :

Islamic perspective and the importance of management:

In deed, human society needs managers who know the goal well and also are able to apply the means to achieve the goal.

Almighty Allah Indicates importance of management and leading society before creating human .

introduces him as caliph and reliable successor and of course option for management of social communication and leading people.

Islam as a comprehensive and futuristic religion has

prescribed that without leader and manger the society and social members will never achieve a substantial success.

the holy prophet Muhammad(s)emphasized extremely the importance of management in a way that says: "whenever the number of travelers reaches to three, one of them must undertake the manager of the group.

Imam Reza (A.S) says about it:" in studying human's conditions, we don't find any group or nation that is successful and stable in life, unless a manager or a Guide, manages their material and spiritual affairs.

 

Necessity of Determining the Manager

Although in doctrines of some scientists and schools has emphasized on innate experience ability in management ,

In Islamic traditions, education and efficiency is often observed to select people .It must be more concerned their scientific eligibility and ability to determine the manager And never employ weak or unknowledgeable person

it should be admitted that in today's society along with technology and communication development:Every manager should have sufficient science in his special field

Education culture in management:

there are many traditions and narrations in Islam that

advice people to exchange and teach science to others.

As Imam Ali (A.S) says in (Sermon, 172)" O 'people, the most rightful of all people for this matter (namely the caliphate) is one who is the most competent among them to maintain it, and one who knows best Allah's commands about it.

Imam Hassan (A.S) says:" teach your science to others and learn from them because, doing this, firms your science and also you would learn what you did not know.

Importance of Education culture in management based on Islam

Those managers who review aspects of issues prior

the actions and predict the needs and equipment make more decisive decisions and improve the

measure of their success and effectiveness. The holy prophet:" I advise and suggest you decide

to something, think about its results, if the result would lead to progress, do it and otherwise don't do that."

  Before doing any things: all aspects should be observed.

all possible results should be predicted.

Islamic perspective and Necessity of forethought and foresight in

management

In Islam value maker is Almighty and

All-knowing God that his knowledge is infinite.

therefore, Islamic value system determines acceptance or non-acceptance of a deed according to God perspective.

The values that are offered in Islam are related to individual and his life or to people and their social life.

also like him. Theist and unitary people , according to this insight

This is a religious insight and absolutely there is only in Islam school

As a spiritual relationship among believers , that God says in holy Quran “the believers are but a single brotherhood: so make peace and reconciliation between your two (contending) brothers.”
