Conclusions•Implementation of all proposed measures will not lead to neZEH status but it will lead to compliance with current building regulation•To achieve neZEH status natural gas has to be replaced with renewable source (wood, pallets) that is not feasible in current location

• Project ideas are submitted directly to implementation banks then checked by local onsultants or bank staff

• Requirements: min 30% energy saving, verification of savings achieved

• Project value up to 2,5 M Euro, interest rate is negotiated, incentive of 10-15% of loan amount upon verification

• Eligible for local and regional authorities, municipalities, public companies, ESCO companies

Western Balkan Sustainable Energy Financing Facility (WeBSEFF II)

• Requirements: min 15-20% of CO2 mitigation (depending on loan amount)
