Revolutionary dry lined wall fixing system

Rigifix is a unique anchor designed to support very heavy loads on dry lined walls. Using the sturdy brick behind, Rigifix can support loads over 100kg without damaging the plasterboard.

Rigifix is very easy to use; simply drill a 12mm diameter hole, with a depth of at least 100mm, and insert the Rigifix nylon expansion plug. Using a 6mm allen key screw the threaded sleeve into the plug until the sleeve is fully home, or to the level of the plug head. Place the pozi headed machine screw through the bracket or item to be fixed, and screw into the Rigifix threaded sleeve - see diagrams right for pictorial installation process.

Perfect for fixing heavy items to a dry lined or fibre insulation board wall, transferring the load to the masonry without affecting the integrity of the plasterboard.

Supplied with an M6 x 30mm threaded pan head machine screw for a maximum fixture thickness of 10mm. To increase fixture thickness, use longer machine screws which can be found on page 32. The machines screws and threaded sleeves are bright zinc coated for maximum protection.
