Acting in accordance to a specic brie the FPA were

to consider re saety policy issues and make reerence

to examples observed during the site visits.

In presenting its ndings, the FPA gave particular

    Tim Cradock, Group Saety Manager,

    Barclays Bank plc comments:

We elt that we needed an independent review o

our re saety arrangements or our more complex sites

partnership with us to deliver this important piece o work.

and issues relating to elderly or vulnerable young persons.

FPA and Family Mosaic were also keen to ensure that

the implementation o recommendations and provision

o saety equipment were provided without an institutional

eel. Common problems that were encountered included:

how and where to provide re extinguishers, call points and signage

    stay-put policies

providing the eel o a home environment
