Methodology for Monitoring of Quality Standards
• Ex – Factory /Pre Auction /Post Auction / Pre Imports / Post imports / Pre Shipment/Post Shipment/ Retail
• Regular Sample drawing by Tea Inspectors / Instructors
• 1st Analysis for sensory Quality (Appearance ) by Tea Testing Division for crude fiber content which should not exceed 16.5%
• Samples not conforming to ISO 3720 are referred for Analysis to the Tea Board Laboratory
