Technical information

Metal Non-toxic powder coating for interior use, with no heavy metals. Cured in an oven at 190°C, following degreasing and phos-phating. Guaranteed minimum thickness of 50 microns. Minimum resistance to salt spray of 200 hours (in accordance with the ASTM B117 standard). Some finishes are suitable for direct contact with food as re-quired by Italian Law Decree D.M. 21/03/73 and subsequent updates. Before the coat-ing is added, it is possible to assess wheth-er to give the products a special treat-ment to make them more resistant to wear and exposure to the elements. There is a surcharge for this treatment. Requests for other RAL finishes can be considered.

Metallo Verniciatura per interni a polveri atossiche prive di metalli pesanti, con pas-saggio in forno a 190 °C, previo trattamento di sgrassaggio e fosfatazione. Spessore minimo garantito 50 micron, resistenza minima in nebbia salina pari a 200 ore (nor-ma ASTM B117). Alcune finiture sono idonee al contatto diretto con alimenti come previ-sto dal decreto italiano D.M. 21/03/73 e successivi aggiornamenti. Prima della verni-ciatura, è possibile valutare l’applicazione di un trattamento al fine di rendere i prodotti più resistenti all’uso e all’esposizione agli agenti atmosferici. Per tale trattamento è prevista una maggiorazione di prezzo. Altre finiture RAL valutabili su richiesta.

Technische Informationen

Metall Die Pulverbeschichtung der gift- und schwermetallfreien Pulverlacke für Innenbereiche erfolgt im Lackierofen bei 190 °C nach vorheriger Entfettung und Phosphatierung. Die garantierte Mindest-stärke der Lackschicht beträgt 50 Mikron bei einer Mindestprüfungsdauer von 200 Stunden im Salznebel (ASTM-Norm B117). Einige Oberflächen sind für den direkten Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln geeignet, wie in der Verordnung vorgesehen Italienisch D.M. 21/03/73 und folgende Aktualisie-rungen. Vor der Pulverbeschichtung kann die Anwendung einer Behandlung abge-wägt werden, um die Produkte für den Gebrauch und gegen Witterungseinflüsse widerstandsfähiger zu machen. Für diese Behandlung ist ein Preisaufschlag vorgese-hen. Auf Anfrage können andere RAL-Fini-shes in Betracht gezogen werden.



Rational right angles and endless com-position options. Six heights and three lengths of shelves can be freely com-bined with backboards, sides and com-partments with tilt & turn or vertical opening doors, all of which are inset in the frame.

Uprights made of welded 35 x 35 mm (1.38" x 1.38") tubular metal in six heights and single depth of 36 cm (14.17"). The con-stant distance of the crosspieces allows the installation of the shelves with a con-stant useful pitch of 41 cm (16.14"). The tube guarantees great resistance and stability. Concealed adjustable feet.

Shelves in sheet metal box section with a thickness of 35 mm (1.38") in three widths(50, 100, 150 cm / 19.69", 39.37", 59.06") and a single depth of 36 cm (14.17"). The shelves are connected to the upright cross-pieces for perfect continuity between two consecutive shelves, with no gaps or visible screws. This unique construction allows large load capacity.

Razionalità delle linee ortogonali e infinite possibilità compositive. Sei altezze e ripiani in tre lunghezze su cui poter disporre in libertà schienali, fianchi e vani con ante a ribalta e rialza, sempre in luce al telaio.

Spalle in tubo saldato 35 x 35 mm (1.38" x 1.38") in sei altezze e profondità unica di 36 cm (14.17"). La distanza costante dei traversi permette il montaggio dei ripiani con un passo utile costante di 41 cm (16.14"). Il tubo garantisce grande resistenza e stabi-lità. Piedini invisibili regolabili.

Ripiani in scatolato di lamiera di spessore 35 mm (1.38") in tre larghezze (50, 100, 150 cm / 19.69", 39.37", 59.06") e unica profon-dità di 36 cm (14.17"). I ripiani, collegati ai traversi delle spalle, permettono di ottenere una perfetta continuità tra due ripiani con-secutivi, senza alcuna fessura e senza viti in vista. La particolare costruzione permette grande capacità di carico.

Schiene e fianchi sempre in luce al telaio. Costruiti in scatolato di lamiera di spessore 35 mm (1.38").

Ante push-pull a rialza e ribalta sempre in luce al telaio. Ante in scatolato di lamiera di spessore 20 mm (0.79"). Apertura ammortizzata.

Il prodotto viene fornito smontato.
