• In one study, 90% of youth active in high school church programs drop out of church by their second year of college.

• The Southern Baptist Convention reports they are currently losing 70-88% of the young people after their freshman year in college...and may never come back.

• If current trends in the belief systems and practices of the younger generation continue, in ten years, church attendance will be half the size it is today.

• 61% of today’s young adults – who had been churched at one point during their teen years are now spiritually disengaged
