The local area is in the incorporated city of North Lauderdale within the greater Fort Lauderdale MSA which is within Broward County. The local area is in the declining stage of its life cycle and property values are generally decreasing. The area is approximately nine miles northwest of the Fort Lauderdale Central Business District.
