Individuals receiving services from Faith Homes participate in traditional and non-traditional services designed to enhance their quality of life and affect positive life, strategies and outcomes.
We work with ACTT teams and mental health organizations, work programs, community support teams, all while incorporating the individuals natural support system and community resources.
