The Smart Anti - Wandering door alert will alarm audibly and visually when aresident wearing a wristband comes within 10 to 14 feet of the doorway. Akey fob worn by the caregiver or remote wall mount reset button will silenceand reset the alarm. The waterproof resident wristband is covered by a sixmonth warranty.

The system is simple to install with just six components - a door strip monitorbar with A/C adapter, a Caregiver reset key fob, the resident wristband and amagnetic contact switch. Activation is as simple as plugging the monitor barinto an A/C outlet. Use of the magnetic contact switch is optional and restrictsthe alarm from being activated until the door is opened and a resident with awristband transmitter is within 10-14 feet of the doorway.
