MeaningfulTe denition o meaningful is to have

purpose. We think entertaining shouldbe on purpose. Our products have a

The Beautiful Basics

One o the rst things to put out o your mind when

inviting riends and amily over or any meal is the

idea that everything has to be perect. Our homes are

lived in and grace-soaked. Te meaningul part o any

get together is time spent asking and listening, shoul-

dering cares and laughing out loudhearing about

ball games, remodeling woes and how were walking by

aith while running through lie. Were in this together

and we need to be togetherto make it!

Straighten up, dont clean up. I learned a long time

ago that no one is looking at your oor when they

come through your door. Your smiling ace earns

a whole lot o gracebe happy to see your guests

and know that a little disarray makes you human

and them less intimidated about having you over or

dinner the next time!

You set the tone in your home. I youre comortable

and relaxed, your guests will eel the same. ry to put

all your energy into letting everyone know theyre

genuinely welcomed and loved. Teyll go away with a

As we slow down together around a table, we listen more intently, hearts and

stories are shared rather than broadcasted in an online status, we see real

I love to set a beautiul table or others to enjoy. I think creating a peaceul and

pretty ambience and experience in my home or guests is part o my God-given

love language. Its a gi I really enjoy giving to others. Im not the best cook and

never know what to wear to a party, but I hope my guests can relax and enjoy

their time around our table in spite o my clothing indecision and preerence

or taco and dessert bars over ancy dinners. I want to create a special time or

others and bless them in the best way I know how. I love creating the setting or

real community to take place.

We dont have to be an incredible homemaker or plan a complicated menu inorder to open our doors and impact those around us. Our style should be a

simple and natural reection o who we really are so we are connecting rom a

place o authenticity. We can relax and be ourselves! We dont need to impress

with skills or talents we dont have, we just need to love on those around us by

oering our time and attention in whatever way we are most comortable. It is

the personal experience we share in those moments, the meaningul touch we

oer, and the connection we orm that makes gathering around the table so

powerul and meaningul.

produced generations o coee armers who were proud o

the crops they raised, but they had a big problem. Tey did not

make enough money rom their coee to last rom one harvest to

the next.

Enter a missionary amily rom the US. Nearly twenty years

ago, they moved to Honduras and connected with these armers.

Tey worked tirelessly to improve both the arming practices and

the business practices o these armers. As a result o this work,

the armers now make 500% more or their harvests, which they

invest in building homes and youth programs plus other invest-

ments in their local community
