Airplanes are required to have all necessary equipment to keep passengers safe as they transport them to their destinations. The insurance company was also ordered to pay to the doctor’s office all the reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred. The insurance company settled this portion and paid fees and costs of approximately $88,000.00.
