Children’s ministry

Children are an important part of the Faithcommunity. Children’s programs include age-

appropriate Sunday School classes, Jr.

Church programs, mid-week programs duringthe school year, children’s choir, and Vacation

Bible School - an exciting week-long summer

adventure. Nursery programs are availablefor infants and toddlers.

Youth Ministry

Youth Group, 7th-12th graders, meets weekly for

games, food, hanging out with friends, worship, and

Bible study that connects with their lives and where

they are. Additionally, students engage in outreachevents, annual retreats, game nights, and service

projects throughout the year.

College & Career Ministry

Weeknight topical discussions, Sunday Bible study,

social gatherings, and community service projects all

provide an environment in which single or marriedpeople 18 to 20-something can explore faith or

deepen their understanding of how to live out their

faith in a spiritually pluralistic world.

adult ministry

Faith’s ministry to adults includes adult Sunday Bibleschool classes, prayer meetings, community group

fellowship meetings, young family play groups,men’s gatherings, and women’s Bible studies.

Geared toward retirees of all

ages, Faith’s “Young At Heart”ministry has weekly prayer

meetings, Bible study, and

fellowship. In addition, we holdfellowship luncheons w/ guest

speakers and spring/fall daytrips.

Missions

We take seriously our responsibility to spread the

Good News of forgiveness of sin through Jesus’ 

sacrifice. We support missionaries on six continents

as well as a variety of local and national ministries.

In Our Community

Faith Church sponsors many

community events to reach out beyond

our walls and fellowship with ourneighbors and minister to the families

where we live and work. We hold a

yearly Easter Egg Hunt, SummerFestCommunity Picnic, Vacation Bible

School, FallFest Community Party,

annual Christmas Concert, and

monthly services at the SundayBreakfast Mission, an inner-cityWilmington homeless shelter.
