Wayne was initially licensed to practice Real Estate in Florida in 1985, Wayneconcentrated on General Contracting and Consulting until moving to Asheville.Since obtaining his North Carolina Brokers License he has primarily focused onindustrial properties and the resurrection of failed Residential Developmentsdue to his prior experience in that field as a General Contractor. As a licensedand instrument rated pilot / aircraft owner, Wayne commuted in his aircraftweekly between Key West and Asheville for approximately two years beforeclosing operations in Florida completely and settling full time on TownMountain in Asheville. Wayne formed All Points Realty Partners LLC. With hisAssociate and friend of 50 years, Martin Sorensen in 2013 with the Firm’s focuson Commercial & Residential Brokerage and Development, including theresurrection of troubled Residential Developments.

Wayne’s hobbies include aerobatic flying, rotorcraft, on and off-roadmotorcycles, rock climbing, photography, hiking and numerous other outdooractivities. Past hobbies have included Formula Ford auto racing, skydiving,deep-sea fishing and cave diving. He enjoys spending time at home and in themountains with his wife of 24 years, Laura, their two Dobermans and threecats.
