to the quality of life and learning experienced by KVCC students. – Use the Community College Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (CCFSE) to

assess faculty use of retention strategies– Promote on-boarding activities and other opportunities to learn about

student support services– Develop a process to help faculty improve awareness of at-risk student

attributes and their use of existing college resources that could ameliorate those attributes

– Create organizational structure that will promote high and consistent standards to allow faculty additional opportunities to support student success.

– Develop a communication plan to ensure faculty are kept fully aware of information related to student retention
