Nicholls is the only public institution in the state to offer bachelors degrees in culinary arts and geomatics.
Eight out of 10 nurses and four out of five teachers in the Bayou Region are Nicholls graduates.

The Nicholls College of Business Administration offers the countrys only maritime management degree concentration funded and developed by industry leaders.
