INTRODUCTION

SMART JEANS LIMITED is a 100% export oriented garments manufacturing factory, started its commercial production (export) in the year in 2007at his own building. We are specialist in making cotton trousers, especially Denim, Twill and Canvas Trousers and tops supported by washing & embroidery facilities with in the same premises.

PRODUCTION STRENGTH

We are well capable to handle all kinds of woven fabric like Canvas, Twill & Denim. Smart Jeans is producing most of all in Bottoms item like Jeans, Trousers, Cargos, Bermuda, Skirts, Overalls/shortalls, for Men’s/Ladies, Boy’s/Girls division as well as in woven Jackets, Dress.

WASHING

Our Washing unit is within the same premises with & its heads by three Turkish expertises. We are capable to do all kinds of washing with various DRY processes like Hand sanding, Hand scraping, Grinding, Whiskering, Damage/repairing, PP spray, PP sponge/rubbing & WET process like Enzyme, Enzyme Stone, Bleach, Tinting, Overdie, Resin application, Heat press wrinkle, Oven curing. Our all equipments/machineries & Chemicals are from well renown company & we do have OZONE treatment machine.

QUALITY

Our main banner is “QUALITY IS OUR PRIDE” & we are very much keen on product quality according to clients demand. We’ve very strong quality control system which heads by very experienced person Engr. Jobaer Hossain, Executive director (jobaer@smartjeansctg.com) & his strong team. There is no interruption on Quality from the production & Quality Department only reporting to company top most management.

FABRIC SOURCING

Most of our Denims products are made from our own fabric mill named CHITTAGONG DENIM MILLS LIMITED and the rest, we are importing from China, India and Pakistan according to client’s demand. For Non Denim we have strong sourcing in local fabric with GSP facilities for Europe and also imported fabric from China and Pakistan.

LEAD TIME

i) Imported Fabric: For Fresh Order 110 to 120 days prior to order confirmation date. For Repeat order its 80 to 90 days.ii) Local Fabric: For Fresh Order 80 to 90 days prior to order confirmation date. For repeat order its 60 days.

CONFIRMED ORDER PROCUREMENT

Merchandising - We’ve very strong & energetic Merchandising department, whose are well capable to handle product development to product shipment. They are very much keen to source correct Fabrics, Trims & Accessories for Client’s approval & satisfaction.

Commercial – Our experienced commercial concerns are very strong knowledgeable & following all the clients requirements by following Master L/C terms & condition. ONTIME documents submission is our main goal & we are achieving this with ZERO tolerance.
