THE HOTEL

The Cervo Hotel, designed in 1962 by the famous

architect Luigi Vietti, is the ideal retreat for those

wishing to stay in the heart of Porto Cervo. Open

all year, the hotel overlooks the famous Piazzetta

of the village, and it is one step away from the

most famous boutiques and the Marina with its

exclusive yachts. A haven of refined simplicity,

which perfectly blends with the surrounding nature

and the typical style of the Costa Smeralda.

The hotel offers a wide choice of bars and

restaurants, a private beach, accessible by shuttle,

a fitness centre and a conference centre that can

accommodate any type of meeting, reception or

event (up to 600 people).

The Cervo Hotel has 80 rooms, including 70

double rooms, 7 suites, 1 Royal Suite,

1 Presidential Suite and 1 Signature Suite.

The rooms’ interior design is inspired by the

Mediterranean style, with terracotta tiles and

typical Sardinian decorations.

THE COSTA SMERALDA

The Costa Smeralda is well connected to the most important Italian and European cities by airline. The Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is located about 30 km (about 20 miles) or a 30-minute drive from the hotel. The Cervo Hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport in a Deluxe Mercedes Minivan (max. 9 seats). Tailor-made transfer options are available upon request.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS Stelle D Stelle The terraces overlook the Passeggiata, the village’s famous beach and also the Porto Vecchio marina. Italian chefs from Michelin starred restaurants will serve a tasting menu of Sardinian produce for one week each. An original way to taste the best local products interpreted by the most appreciated Italian chefs. Open for dinner only.

Il Pescatore When crossing the wooden bridge that connects the Piazzetta to the old harbour, you will find one of the most renowned upscale fish restaurants in the area. Superb seafood and fish specialities are served on the waterfront terrace from May to September. Open for dinner only.

Il Pomodoro This traditional Italian restaurant offers the best of pizza and pasta together with a range of various other Mediterranean specialities. Informal and friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming for visitors who want to taste traditional Italian food.

La Pergola La Pergola is the centre of the village of Porto Cervo. Located on the famous village Piazzetta, it is the ideal place to taste the best Mediterranean specialties while enjoying the gentle sea breeze and the view of the old harbor and its exclusive yachts.

Esmeralda Churrascaria Brazilian flavours and fragrances are reinterpreted in the heart of Porto Cervo. The informal ambience of the restaurant creates a fun filled evening for all diners, offering authentic food in a country-chic style setting. Open for dinner only.

Thanks to the dedicated “Dine Around Program”, guests on full board, can enjoy the refined cuisine of all other restaurants within the Cala di Volpe, Romazzino and Pitrizza hotels without any additional fee.

Cervo Bar Real life at the Cervo Piano Bar begins at sunset. Its terrace overlooks the Piazzetta, the perfect place for aperitifs and cocktails before dinner.

Il Portico The Portico continues the timeless tradition of the old fashioned, elegant cocktail bar. It provides wonderful views of the Porto Cervo Piazzetta and is also the perfect spot from which to watch the yachts making their ways in and out of the enchanting bay. Caffè Sole Located on the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo, the Caffè Sole offers delicious options for breakfast, light lunches or an aperitif overlooking the legendary Old Port.
