Tim Broyd is Professor of Built Environment Foresight and Honorary Professor of Civil
Engineering at University College London. He is currently co-leading the strategic planning
of the UK’s development and implementation of BIM and is a Director of both Building
Smart (UK) Ltd and CEEQUAL Ltd. He is due to become President of the Institution of Civil
Engineers in November 2016.
Professor Michael Pitt works within the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment at
University College London and has been involved in FM research and teaching since 1990.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has been an advisor to
the HCP team at the MOD Main Building since 2008. He is also Visiting Professor at the
University of Malaya and Editor of the Journal of Facilities Management.
Professor Arif Künar is a columnist, sector consultant and member of the editorial board
of different media. Currently works as the General Manager of VEN ESCO Building Energy
Management Consultancy Company as the founding partner. Takes part in the projects of
the ODTÜ, UNDP, TTGV and public projects as ODTÜ-MATPUM as ‘Energy Consultant’.
Sina Kuseyri earned his BS, MS and Phd degrees on mechanical engineering
from Bogazici University, Istanbul. He has pioneered the effective utilization
of condition monitoring and diagnostic techniques in Turkish industry. He provides
consulting services and hardware/software on asset care and facility maintenance. He is a
member of the faculty of mechanical engineering department of Marmara University.

Gökçenur Çelebioğlu is the founder partner and board member of TSP. For more than 20
years he works on business development, providing consultancy & audit services and
delivering service solutions for the Real Estate sector. He is an Electrical Engineer and has
a MBA degree on Accounting and Financial Control Management. He is a member of AFS,
Electrical Engineers Chamber and Istanbul Technical University Graduates Association.

Kemal Evcioglu is director Turkey for Group-MSA and works as a FREM consultant. Kemal
is the founder and current chairman of the board at UTTMD. He was the Director of
Engineering in various hotels. He has BS in Control Systems Engineering and a MS degree
in Electronics & Communication. Kemal is also an MBA from Beykent University and MS
in International Relations.
Elizabeth Ruth Himmans works as event manager and moderator for Workfield Events.
She is a graduate of International Facility Management. She is now active as a Post-
Graduate Student Researcher at CBRE. She is in her graduation year Master of Science
(MSc), Management, Economics and Consumer Studies at Wageningen University. She is
operations manager at Group-MSA
Roos de Poel is host and event coordinator at Workfield Events. Roos graduated as a
Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), International Facility Management- at the
Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
