REPORT ON PLANT AND EQUIPMENT

a. Recommendation for approval that the Board of School Directors authorizes the administration to continue with the Middle School Auditorium project contract with Breslin Architects, for design development and construction-bidding documents requiring approval prior to proceeding with the next phase. MOTION: Approval that the Board of School Directors authorizes the administration to

continue with the Middle School Auditorium project contract with Breslin Architects, for design development and construction-bidding documents requiring approval prior to proceeding with the next phase.

b. Recommendation to approve T&M Associates as part of the Middle School Auditorium project contract with Breslin Architects, in the amount of $60,000, allowance for the cost of Land Development, Site and Civil Consultant. MOTION: Approval of T&M Associates as part of the Middle School Auditorium project contract with Breslin Architects, in the amount of $60,000, allowance for the cost of Land Development, Site and Civil Consultant.
