WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF EMPLOYING A FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (HARD FM) APPRENTICE?

• Train one apprentice in FM - instead of 2 or 3 apprentices in different disciplines. As a result there will only be one wage and college fees to pay for and one engineer required for mentoring

• Send one fully skilled engineer to a job rather than multiple engineers

• Provide exceptional customer service - by having one engineer as a main point of contact

• Flexibility for existing employees - free up your existing workforce so they can do what they do best

• Grow your workforce whilst keeping staff costs down - the average completed apprentice increases business productivity by £214 per week*

• Provide your team with new skills and energy - 96% of apprentice employers say they are beneficial to their business.
